Refund Policy

No Refunds

All sales are final. OzResearchLabs does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect selection, delayed delivery, or dissatisfaction with a purchase.

All products are sold strictly for laboratory research use, are not for human or animal consumption, and cannot be resold once dispatched. No exceptions to this policy will be made outside of what is expressly required by law, as set out below.


Australian Consumer Law

Some rights under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by this policy, regardless of what it states. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify those rights.

Where a product has a major failure, is not fit for its stated research purpose, or does not match its description, and this cannot be remedied by any means other than a refund, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. This is the only basis on which a refund will be considered. At our discretion, the remedy may instead be a repair or replacement, where the law permits this, and will be limited to the minimum required by law.


To raise a claim under the Australian Consumer Law, email support@ozresearchlabs.com with your order number and evidence of the fault. Claims are assessed strictly against this legal threshold, and claims that do not meet it will not be approved.



Lost, Damaged, Stolen, or Seized Orders

These situations are governed exclusively by our Shipping Policy, including the optional Shipping Protection add-on. Orders without Shipping Protection are not covered for loss, damage, or theft in transit.



Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once payment is confirmed.
