No Human or Animal UseEvery product sold on this site is supplied strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. By purchasing from this site, you expressly acknowledge and agree that products are not for human or animal consumption, injection, or use in any form, that products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition in humans or animals, and that products have not been evaluated or approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration or any equivalent regulatory body for human or veterinary use.You further agree that you are purchasing as a qualified researcher, or on behalf of a research institution, laboratory, or organisation with a genuine research purpose, that you are solely responsible for lawful handling, storage, and use of any product in your jurisdiction, including any permits, licences, or approvals required, and that OzResearchLabs makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness of any product for any particular research application, and accepts no liability for any use of a product outside of its stated research purpose.Any use of a product purchased from this site outside of legitimate laboratory research, including any form of human or animal use, is done entirely at your own risk and in breach of these Terms.
3. Orders and Payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase at the listed price, which we may accept or decline at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. Full payment is required before dispatch.
4. Refunds and Shipping
Refunds are governed solely by our Refund Policy. Dispatch timeframes and Shipping Protection are governed by our Shipping Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and product imagery, is owned by OzResearchLabs or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OzResearchLabs excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or any product purchased through it, including any loss arising from use of a product for any purpose other than laboratory research. 9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
