Australia Post Standard Shipping typically takes approximately 3–7 business days depending on your location within Australia. Delivery times may vary slightly during public holidays, major sales events, or peak shipping periods. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment in real time.

Australia Post Express Shipping generally arrives within 1–3 business days for most metropolitan areas across Australia. Regional and remote locations may require additional transit time. Orders placed before our daily processing cutoff are usually dispatched the same business day whenever possible.

Orders

Australian stock means the product is currently stored and shipped directly from within Australia. You can apply to join our Creator Program by completing the affiliate application form on this page. Simply provide your basic information, at least one social media account (TikTok or Instagram), your audience details, and your preferred creator code. Our team reviews all applications based on content quality, audience engagement, and overall brand fit — not just follower count.

Payments

We accept a variety of secure payment methods including major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayID, and Bank Transfer. All payments are processed securely through trusted providers to ensure the safety of your information.

PayID allows you to make secure payments using your email address, phone number, or ABN linked to your bank account. At checkout, simply select PayID, enter your PayID details, and approve the payment through your banking app.

When you choose Bank Transfer at checkout, you’ll receive our bank details to complete the payment. Once your payment has been received, your order will be confirmed and processed. Please use your order number as the payment reference so we can match your payment quickly.
